DAY OF THE SHOW LOGISTICS
- COVID Safety - The show is open for all to attend. We will leave the auditorium doors open for ventilation and have a sanitizing station at the welcoming table.
- 4:30 pm - Doors Open for Visual Arts showcase & PreK Gallery Walk
There will be an art show
- 4:45 pm - Call Time for performers to be in assigned rooms
- 5:15 - Performance starts promptly
- 5:45 - Audience encouraged to attend the 8th grade Spaghetti Night fundraiser in the cafeteria following the last performance.
Performances
Students in the groups listed below have been preparing performances for the Spring Showcase and are invited to perform the night of. Performers should plan to arrive at school by 4:30 pm if they wish to participate in the artwalk with their families. All performers should be present in their homerooms by 4:45 pm.
- 1st Grade will be performing singing a folk song as a voice ensemble.
- 3rd Grade will be performing Send My Love by Adele as an ukulele/voice ensemble.
- 4th Grade will be performing Roar by Katy Perry, as a piano/ukulele/voice ensemble.
- 7th grade soloists will be performing a short piano song and an original excerpt reading.
- 7/6th Dance Group will be performing a dance they choreographed themselves.
- 3-5th Grade Choir students will perform on voice, piano, and ukulele.
- 6th Grade will be performing as a rock ensemble (voice, guitar, piano, ukulele, voice).
Visual Arts
There will be an art show showcasing ALL students at Jahn starting at 4:30 PM. Pre-K classrooms will have a classroom gallery walk inside their homeroom classroom.
