Jahn’s LSC is very excited to announce…we have narrowed down the candidate pool to our final 3 principal candidates! They are: Kate Kloepper-James, Derrick Kimbrough, and Melissa Resh. Their bios will be shared ASAP.
The candidate forum will be held Friday 6/10 3:30-5:00 pm. An official announcement with all of the forum details/logistics will be sent later today. All staff, families and community members are invited to attend the forum to get a chance to meet the principal candidates in-person. During the forum, the candidates will speak about themselves followed by a question and answer session. All attendees will be asked to share their feedback on each candidate.
Following the forum, the LSC will compile all of the community feedback and use this information to help determine which finalist will become our new principal. We will hold a special meeting the week of June 13th to vote in open session to award a 4-year contract to one of our very talented and qualified candidates.
