Principal Message - Monday Oct 24th

Greetings Husky Families

Words can not express my sincere appreciation to any and everyone associated with Jahn School of Fine Arts.  If I were to sit down and think about how I wanted last week to unfold, it would not have been anything like what was witnessed.  The cards, posters, well-wishes, and tokens of appreciation are just a portion of how you made me feel appreciated.  Principal’s Appreciation Week was beyond my wildest dreams.  Thank you for making me feel special.  My excitement around being a part of the Jahn family continues to grow daily.

Last week ended our first quarter of school.  Report cards will go home with students this Wednesday.  Parent/Teacher conferences will be held on Monday, November 21st between the hours of 12 to 6 pm  The conferences can be scheduled in person or virtually.  Stay tuned from details from classroom teachers in the coming weeks around scheduling conference times.

As we move into quarter two, you might ask yourself, what’s next for my child(ren)?  The Jahn staff will continue to work to grow your children, while continuing to make learning fun and engaging.  Watch what happens.

Please check out the following announcements:

Popcorn on the Playground: Please join Friends of Jahn after school today for Popcorn on this Playground.  This event kicks off the Double Good popcorn fundraiser.  Detailed information about the fundraiser went home with your child(ren).
