To register, please bring the following:
- Parent's driver’s license or photo ID
- Two (2) types of proof of address
- Student’s original birth certificate
- Student's latest medical (immunization & physical) and dental records
- Individualized Education Program (IEP) if applicable

GoCPS Applicants
If you live outside of the neighborhood attendance boundary, you must submit an application through GoCPS.
