NEW Enrollment Information for PreK and Kindergarten Summer Programming

Rising preschool students may participate in "Preview to PreK." They may be going into age cycle 3 or age cycle 4 preschool (3 or 4 by September 1st). Rising kindergarten students may participate in "Kick off to Kindergarten" (5 by September 1st). All students should be enrolled at Jahn for the 2024-2025 school year.

Program dates for both programs are June 24th-July 26th (5 weeks) with no classes on July 4th. Hours are 9:15-1:15 and both programs are free. Students may bring their own lunch but breakfast and lunch will also be provided. Please email Sarah Jacox at [email protected] if you would like to participate but cannot attend the entirety of the program.

Students with IEPs are eligible to participate, but there will not be direct Special Education services provided during the program.

Filling out this form does not guarantee enrollment. Enrollment will be confirmed on a rolling basis, as program space allows. (If you already received a confirmation email from Sarah Jacox, you are still confirmed and enrolled)

If you have multiple children applying to an Early Childhood program, please fill out one form for each child.

Some of you may have previously signed up via the centralized CPS Early Childhood program link. If so, there is no need to fill out that application again.

If you have not previously signed up via the centralized CPS Early Childhood program link, please sign up here for Preview to Preschool or Kick off to Kindergarten (both programs on one app). *This is the CPS-wide application* OR...an alternative to the centralized program link is the hard copy application that was distributed with PreK enrollment and the PreK open house.

ALL students wishing to participate in Jahn Preview to PreK and Kick off to Kindergarten, please fill out this form if you have not already done so: 2024 Jahn Preview to PreK and Kick off to Kindergarten Enrollment & Emergency Information (both programs on one app)

We apologize for the multiple forms; it is the first year that the enrollment interest has been collected at the district level, and there is additional emergency information that we need, and we also want to make sure we have an accurate account of program interest.

Please email Sarah Jacox at [email protected] if you have any questions!
