The Fine Arts and Wellness team is pleased to present our Fine Arts and Wellness Festival on Saturday, May 17th, 2025 from 10:00am-12:00pm. The festival will be held outside on the Jahn Playlot and consist of fun physical activities, hands-on visual arts activities, and student performances.
- 10:15am-11:40am - Performances take place next to DJ tent on risers, K-2 Obstacle course on basketball courts, Art activities on playground
- 11:40am-12:00pm - DJ music wind down
PERFORMANCES
Students in the groups listed below have been preparing performances for the festival and are invited to perform the day of. Performers should plan to arrive at school and be present at the event by 10:00am. Since the event is outside, rather than assigned holding rooms like our usual showcases, students will be called up onto the risers to perform on the day of the event. In preparation, find each tentative performance time below. Students should be by the soccer field ready to hear their group called:
- 10:15 am- 3rd-5th Choir
- 10:20 am- 6th Cello Solo
- 10:25 am- 6th Piano Solo
- 10:30 am- Preschool (Half and Full Day)
- 10:35 am- Kindergarten
- 10:40 am- 1st Grade
- 10:45 am- 6th Soundtrap Project Solo
**Short Break for Tuning** - 11:00 am- 3rd Grade
- 11:05 am- 5th Grade Small Group
- 11:10 am- 7th Solo
- 11:15 am- 6th Solo
- 11:20 am- 6th Solo
**Short Break for Set Up** - 11:35 am- Rock Band
In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors. Art activities held in the hallway, physical activities in the gym, and performances held in the auditorium. Please read the information regarding logistics above carefully if you have students who have chosen to perform for the festival. We hope to see you there!
