Happy start of Black History Month, Jahn!
What a week we had showcasing our students’ accomplishments. The “Finding Nemo” performances highlighted our 4th and 5th graders' creativity, bravery and teamwork. The Talent Show brought families together to celebrate our students. The feeling of community Friday night was unlike anything I’ve felt before. Our students are extremely talented, and I am so grateful to Ms. Lynch, Ms. Esquivel and Ms. Torres for creating this space. Finally, on Saturday two of the Jahn Robotics Teams became State qualifiers! Go Huskies!
Many thanks to our families for running lines with their kids, watching hours of dance practices and traveling to competitions over the past weeks. Team work certainly makes the dream work. I appreciate all of your additional work supporting the excitement at school.
The Friends of Jahn are at it again, preparing our school for the Winter Wonderland on Saturday! Looking forward to seeing you all there.
