From now through October 30th, students and staff have the opportunity to partake in Jahn's annual "Día de Los Muertos" ofrendas. Feel free to bring in photos of passed loved ones, as well as contribute traditional altar items: marigolds (fresh or paper), sugar skulls, pan de muerto (wrapped in plastic), papel picado or battery operated candles. Please label the item with your child's name and room number.
Stay tuned for information on our culminating celebration, "Ritmo y Raices," where families will have the opportunity to view the ofrendas as well as take part in games, art projects, and music!
