PAC Monthly Bulletin: Affordable Citywide and CPS Resources for Families

In January, Jahn's Parent Advisory Council (PAC) met with other networks and heard from the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC). They are a statewide program that helps guide families through their child’s journey with a medical condition and works with doctors, schools and community groups to create a seamless support system. Additionally, the Parent Involvement Specialist Team presented on what they do to support Diverse Learner families. For more information, visit here
