Slice the price of pizza and help the 7th graders raise money for their legacy trip by purchasing Domino's money cards. Purchase cards at www.Dominos.cards/38608 or return the order form that went home in backpacks by 10/24. The card allows you to buy a large pizza at menu price and get a large pizza FREE! It's a great value for anyone who loves pizza!

Calling all burrito lovers! Foil your dinner plans and stop by the Chipotle at 2743 N Elston Ave for our fundraiser THIS Wednesday, October 18 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.

From October 10-20th, donate gently worn or new winter clothing for children and adults. Please drop off donations in drop boxes on the first floor near the auditorium. Thank you to Student Council for organizing!

Fall is clearly in the air as we enter Week 8 of the school year. This quarter is quickly moving forward. With that, we continue to embrace a number of things during the month of October. First off, we will close out Latinx and Indigenous Peoples’ month this Friday with a Bomba performance.

Join us THIS Saturday, October 14th from 10am-2pm for some fall fun at our 11th Annual Jahn Pumpkin Patch. Just a little rain won't keep the train away! All other activities will be moved indoors in the event of inclement weather. Please also sign up for a volunteer shift to help make the day a success!

Attention 2024-25 incoming kindergartners and new 1st-8th students! If you live outside of the neighborhood boundary, the GoCPS application for the 2024-25 school year is open NOW through November 9th at 5pm. Join us on Thursday, October 12th at 9am or 4:30pm for one of our GoCPS Prospective Families School Tours. We would love to have your child join our Jahn family!

On Friday, October 13th from 1:30-2:10pm, families may join staff and students in the Jahn auditorium for a special Bomba performance. Everyone is welcome to wear clothing that reflects their Latinx culture and/or heritage.

Volunteers are needed to help make Pumpkin Patch a success this Saturday, October 14th from 10am-2pm. Sign up for a shift and you'll be entered into a drawing to win an Amazon gift card as a thank you!
