he Jahn Green Team, led by Ms. Gibrick, has joined the NextTrex School Challenge! If we collect 1,000 pounds of clean plastic by the end of March, our school has a chance to win a new bench made from recycled materials. Happy Halloween week! I am really looking forward to our Halloween parade and FUN this Friday, October 30th.

Shop at Evereve 3440 N. Southport and mention Jahn at checkout on Tuesday, November 3rd, and 15% of all sales that day will be donated back to our school. Socialize with other Jahn parents and enjoy sips and snacks from 5-8 pm. Proceeds will help bring future arts and cultural performances to Jahn. Hope to see you there!

The Bilingual Advisory Committee (BAC) invites students to join in on Jahn's annual "Día de Los Muertos" tradition, honoring loved ones who have passed.

Pumpkin Patch is such a lovely day for our entire community. Train rides, pumpkin sales, face painting and even local vendors came out Saturday for the event. I loved seeing all of you.

Hungry? Grab a bite! Join the 8th grade class for a dining night at Chipotle at 3312 N Western Ave on Wednesday, October 14th, from 4-8 pm. 25% of the proceeds will go towards the class trip to Pigeon Forge in May 2027. We hope to see you there!
